Step 1: Discover tools

Step 2: Define the campaign

Based on user input, determine:

• Type: Re-engagement, product update, feedback request, onboarding drip, renewal reminder
• Audience: Who to target (segment, list, or manual)
• Sequence length: How many touchpoints
