/dominion — Autonomous Plan Orchestrator

/dominion is the hands-off execution layer. Where /stream executes one stream per session (manual), /dominion runs the entire plan autonomously by dispatching background Agent-tool instances and cascading phase by phase.

/summon   → creates and validates the plan
/dominion → executes the entire plan autonomously
/stream   → executes one stream at a time (manual alternative to /dominion)

Use /dominion for full autonomy and /stream for hands-on control.

Design Spine — Adversarial Handoffs Against the Plan Contract

The unifying principle holding the pipeline together: every handoff in dominion is an adversarial review against the original plan contract, not against the prior agent's self-report. The baton never carries "this is done"; it carries "does this still match the plan's original requirement?"
