/stream — Multi-Stream Plan Executor

Coordinates multi-stream plan execution across sessions. Each session claims one stream, loads the right skills, executes with verification, and marks completion.

When to Use

• Any plan with ## Stream headers (1 or more streams)
• Work that benefits from fresh context between streams
• Streams with dependency relationships or file ownership boundaries

When NOT to Use

• Plans without ## Stream headers → not a stream-based plan, use /summon no-plan path
• Mid-stream work → this skill is for session start/end, not mid-implementation
