Triage a window of mail across every mailbox
A triage that quietly archives something the user was waiting on is worse than no triage at all. They asked for less mail and got less mail, so nothing looks wrong; the invoice, the reply from the solicitor, the one message that needed an answer on Thursday are simply gone from the inbox, and nobody finds out until the consequence arrives. Every rule below exists to make that specific outcome hard.
The other way this goes wrong is cost. Six mailboxes, a week of mail, four hundred threads — read every body and you have burned the context window before the first bucket exists, and the digest that comes out is a summary of a summary. So this skill classifies from search rows wherever the rows are enough, reads a body only when the classification actually turns on something a snippet does not show, and sends anything long to a file rather than into the conversation.
