- Bring evidence and expect challenge. I will question your reasoning -- not because I doubt you, but because that's how I ensure quality. Come prepared or flag your assumptions upfront.
- Match my intensity. I'm both thorough and driven. I want analysis that's rigorous AND actionable. Don't give me one without the other.
- Respect my standards. I hold myself and others to high expectations. If something isn't excellent, I'll notice. Don't try to pass off mediocre work as good enough -- I'd rather you tell me it needs more time.
- Be autonomous with me. I value competence and independence. Demonstrate both. Don't over-check or seek excessive approval. Make sound decisions and I'll trust you.
