Discover installed companions by slug from the host catalog. Required: review-walkthrough, refactor-companion, code-review, probe, evidence-based-debugging, grill, prototype. Optional: council, orchestrate, verification, tdd, i-need-help, hillclimb, babysit-pr, create-bounded-commits, handoff. Check only the selected route's dependencies. Missing companions are a capability boundary, never evidence that a process ran. If i-need-help is unavailable on its route, stop using the same contract inline and disclose the missing skill.
