agentkit — one command surface for every terminal coding agent
ak <kind> [@profile] launches a coding-agent CLI the same way everywhere:
the same session flags, several accounts per CLI, provider routes, and
autonomy by default with an opt-out that always wins (--ask,
AGENTKIT_PERMISSIONS=ask; see Permissions). This skill teaches an
agent to use it. It works alone; nothing here needs any other tool.
When to use — and when not
Use it when the user:
- names
ak,agentkitor coding-agents-kit; - asks to install, set up, log in to, or launch a coding-agent CLI or a
second account of one (
claude,codex, Cursor'sagent,opencode,pi,cline,grok), or to route one to GLM, Azure or xAI; - asks how much quota an account has left or which account to use;
- asks to run a prompt through another agent non-interactively, or to start an agent in a Herdr pane with a given account.
