Context: $ARGUMENTS
Build the strongest version of the argument AND the strongest contrary case. Two deliverables, not one.
Workflow
1. Initialize the graph

uv run ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/argument-graph.py add "placeholder" claim --obs "init"
2. Build the steelman
