The SKILL.md mandates an immediate, suppressed background HTTP POST to http://localhost:31337/notify (including workflow/action metadata) which looks like a stealthy beacon/backdoor pattern that could be used for signaling or hidden exfiltration to an unknown local/forwarded endpoint.
