Prepare text for RemNote import
Produce plain text that RemNote can recognize when pasted or imported. Use the user's requested card design and preserve the intended hierarchy. Read references/import-syntax.md for the trigger of each card type actually needed; avoid introducing unfamiliar variants just because they exist. Paste-ready samples are in examples.md.
The official Concept multi-line, list, and multiple-choice tables include forward triggers that start with ; while the same guide says Concept delimiters start with :. Copy those cells as published and say so when you use them. Do not replace them with a colon form the guide does not show.
Use consistent indentation for children. A leading - is optional for pasted bullets; choose one style consistently. Keep a copyable block free of commentary, source citations, or Markdown fences inside the block. Put any explanation and sources outside it.
Before delivery, inspect the exact output for balanced Cloze and hint delimiters, correct card direction, correctly nested children, and accidental cards created by delimiter characters in ordinary prose. For multiple choice, verify that the first imported answer is intentionally correct. If the format is uncertain or the document relies on a complex import variant, check the current official import guide and state any unresolved ambiguity rather than inventing a trigger.
This skill prepares an artifact for the user. Pasting or importing into their RemNote knowledge base is a separate action. If a connected RemNote tool is used for a requested write, follow that tool's schema and syntax rather than assuming text-import syntax is accepted.
