Initialize the text-to-speech-toolkit plugin by capturing your TTS engine preference and storing it persistently. Other skills in the toolkit will read this config to prime defaults and apply engine-specific markup automatically.

When to use

• First time using the text-to-speech-toolkit plugin
• You want to update your engine preference (re-runnable)
• You're setting up a new machine or workspace and need to establish your TTS defaults

Inputs to gather

• Your TTS engine preference: Do you work primarily with one engine, or several?
• If one: which engine (ElevenLabs, Google Cloud TTS, Azure Speech Services, AWS Polly, OpenAI TTS, generic SSML, or other)?
