KeepFlash bootstrap

Resolve the current KeepFlash runtime before handling every request. Resolve this installed Skill directory, then run:

node "<installed-skill-directory>/scripts/bootstrap.mjs" resolve --json

The bootstrap checks the canonical dante-is-shipping/keepflash-skills GitHub repository on every activation. It downloads files only when main points to a new commit and otherwise reuses the shared user cache. If GitHub is unavailable, it returns the last successful runtime or the installed seed.
