• Potentially malicious external URL detected (high risk: 0.80). The example CI workflow uses external GitHub Actions (actions/checkout@v3 -> https://github.com/actions/checkout, actions/setup-node@v3 -> https://github.com/actions/setup-node, and codecov/codecov-action@v3 -> https://github.com/codecov/codecov-action) which are fetched and executed by the runner at workflow/runtime, so they constitute remote code executed as a required dependency.
