Punch list workflow
- Inspector (or a photo) creates a punch item: location, trade, priority, due date, photo attachment.
- Item auto-assigns to the responsible trade (routing rules).
- Contractor marks fixed → inspector verifies → item closes.
- Closeout report: open vs closed per trade/zone, aging.
