Output the VS Code selection reference

The user's current position in VS Code is written to ~/.youarehere/ref.json, which has exactly four fields:

Check the versions first

ref.json carries extensionVersion, this skill carries metadata.version. The two are numbered together on purpose, so a mismatch means these instructions were written for a different build of the extension.

Do this before using the reference.
