When to use this skill

• First-time Geobase setup or "how do I connect to my project?"
• Private beta: need Studio URL, project ref, anon key, or secrets workflow
• geobase-cli auth, projects list, projects env, endpoints (when CLI ships)
• Unsure which skill handles embeddings, workers, maps, or import
• Model registry lookup before SRAI/GeoAI worker jobs
• Any task that might mix Geobase platform (control-plane) with Geobase project (data-plane)
