Worker: SRAI GeoEmbeddings (OSM + H3)

When to use this skill

Submit or debug a createSraiEmbeddings worker job
Build vector / OSM-feature embeddings on an H3 grid (SRAI), stored as a geoembeddings.* table
After @geobase-embeddings-create-via-workers confirms worker-first creation

Not this skill: raster / satellite / GeoTIFF / DINOv* jobs → @geobase-worker-geoai-embeddings (createGeoEmbeddings).

Pipeline `fitterArgs.modelName`	Catalogue / registry id	Notes
`count`	`srai-count-osm-v1`	CountEmbedder; dimension = OSM tag columns for the run
`hex2vec`	`srai-hex2vec-osm-v1`	Trains Hex2Vec on the fly
