The skill's Web/ABI fallback (dispatched at runtime in SKILL.md) instructs the agent to fetch verified ABIs from external explorer APIs such as https://api.etherscan.io/api?module=contract&action=getabi&address=, which will be fetched and used to derive topic0s/selectors (i.e., constants that directly drive generated prompts/SQL), so these runtime fetches control the agent's behavior.
