Local Code & Technical Review (local-code-review)

Conducts a high-signal, multi-dimensional review of code, tests, documentation, configuration, and visual diagrams in any local workspace—whether hosted on GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, or not yet under version control.

Supports two operating modes:

• Mode A — Diff / Change Review: Reviews uncommitted work, staged diffs, a feature branch, or a specific commit range.
• Mode B — Whole-Codebase / Module Audit: Reviews an entire repository, package, or directory from top to bottom without relying on Git diffs.
