Cap Table Modeler

Overview

Builds and models a startup cap table so founders understand exactly what they own now and what they'll own after each round of funding. Most founders discover they're more diluted than expected - this skill makes the math visible before it's too late to negotiate.

Outputs a CAP-TABLE.md with ownership tables and scenario models.

Prerequisites

Ask the user for:

• All current shareholders (founders + early investors + advisors)
• Shares or ownership % each person holds
• Any outstanding SAFEs or convertible notes (amount, valuation cap, discount)
• Current option pool size (authorized vs issued)
• Next round they're planning (if any)
