Hiring Rubric Builder

Overview

Builds a structured interview scorecard and process for a specific role. Unstructured interviews (where each interviewer asks whatever they want) produce inconsistent results and introduce bias. A rubric forces everyone to evaluate the same things, makes debrief faster, and produces better hires.

Outputs a HIRING-RUBRIC-[ROLE].md file.

Prerequisites

Ask the user for:

• Role title and brief description
• The 3-5 most important competencies for success in this role
• Number of interview stages planned (1-round / 2-round / multi-stage)
• Who will be interviewing (titles/roles)
