KPI Dashboard
Overview
Defines the right metrics to track and builds a structured review system. Measuring everything means measuring nothing. This skill picks the metrics that actually predict business health and gives each a target and a red flag threshold.
Outputs a KPI-DASHBOARD.md after all phases are approved.
Prerequisites
Ask the user for:
- Business model (SaaS / marketplace / e-commerce / services / consumer app)
- Stage (pre-revenue / early revenue / scaling)
- Current approximate metrics (even rough estimates)
- Team size (solo / small team / growing team)
