Launch Planner

Overview

Builds a complete, actionable launch plan in 6 phases. Each phase requires approval before proceeding. Works best after running /idea-validator and /competitor-analysis.

Outputs a LAUNCH-PLAN.md file in the project directory after all phases are approved.

Prerequisites

Ask the user for:

• Product/idea summary (or pull from idea-validator output)
• Target launch date (if any)
• Budget range: bootstrapped / <$5k / $5k-$50k / funded
• Team size and roles
