SEO Strategy

Overview

Builds a complete SEO strategy using web search to find real keyword opportunities and competitor gaps. SEO is the highest-leverage long-term acquisition channel for most B2B SaaS products - but it takes 3-6 months to see results, so start early.

Outputs an SEO-STRATEGY.md file after all phases are approved.

Prerequisites

Ask the user for:

• Product description and target customer
• Main competitors (or I'll find them)
• Domain name and current state of SEO (brand new / some content / existing blog)
• Target customer's job title or role
• Any keywords you're already ranking for (Google Search Console if set up)
