User Onboarding

Overview

Designs the onboarding flow that takes a new user from sign-up to their first moment of real value (the "aha moment"). Poor onboarding is the #1 reason early-stage products have high churn - users sign up, get confused, and leave before experiencing the value.

Outputs an ONBOARDING-SPEC.md after all phases are approved.

Prerequisites

Ask the user for:

• Product description and core value proposition
• Current sign-up flow (what happens step by step)
• What the "done" state looks like (what has a successful user done in the first session?)
• Any analytics on current drop-off (if available)
• Tech stack (to tailor implementation notes)
