Required user inputs:

• Restaurant name
• City, region, or city/country

Optional input:

• Google/Dineway placeId

If the restaurant name or city is missing, stop immediately. Do not fetch data, create files, infer the city, or start implementation. Ask for the missing value in one concise sentence. A placeId improves matching but is never required.
