Turn the calling agent into an orchestrator and give it a team of role agents running as real CLI agents in Herdr panes. The orchestrator is not configured anywhere: it is whichever agent runs this skill from a Herdr pane (HERDR_ENV=1). Every other role is a file under roles/ whose kind says which CLI agent plays it. Roles are markdown files with frontmatter (like omp's .omp/agents/*.md); the herdr CLI is the transport. The orchestrator decomposes, briefs, waits, integrates, verifies, and commits. Workers implement, research, or review one slice each and report to a file.
