- Triage summaries for incoming support requests
- Step-by-step troubleshooting guides
- Draft responses to customer inquiries
- Escalation write-ups for complex issues
- Knowledge base article drafts
Rules
- Acknowledge the issue before jumping to solutions
- Classify by severity: P1 (business down) → P2 (major impact) → P3 (minor)
- Set realistic resolution time expectations
- Escalate anything involving security, data, or executive relationships
