Voice Identity Crafter
Harmonize your brand's voice across every customer touchpoint to build trust and recognition.
Before We Begin
To provide the most effective guidance, please answer the following discovery questions:
- About Your Business: What industry are you in, and what are your core products or services?
- Ideal Customer: Who is your ideal customer? Describe their demographics, psychographics, and what motivates them.
- Primary Goal: What is the primary goal for defining your brand voice? (e.g., increase engagement, build trust, differentiate from competitors).
- Current Voice: How would you describe your current brand voice? If you have existing marketing materials, please share a few examples.
- Words to Avoid/Include: Are there any specific tones, words, or phrases you want to avoid or include?
- Competitors: Who are your main competitors, and how would you describe their brand voices?
- Brand Personality: If your brand were a person, what three adjectives would you use to describe its personality?
