Market Position Discovery
Pinpoints your unique market position and amplifies your brand's gravitational pull.
Before We Begin
To help you effectively, please answer these questions:
Discovery Questions
- What is the core product or service you offer, and what fundamental problem does it solve for your customers?
- Describe your ideal customer in detail. Go beyond demographics—what are their motivations, frustrations, and desired outcomes?
- What is your primary objective for refining your market position? (e.g., increase market share, launch a new category, command a premium price, fend off a new competitor)
- Who are your top 2-3 competitors, and what makes customers choose them over you right now?
- What are your non-negotiable brand values or operational constraints? What lines will you not cross, even if it means sacrificing a market opportunity?
- Can you share any existing customer feedback, positive or negative, that you find particularly insightful?
- What is your current marketing message and how is it performing?
