Market Position Discovery

Pinpoints your unique market position and amplifies your brand's gravitational pull.

Before We Begin

To help you effectively, please answer these questions:

Discovery Questions

  1. What is the core product or service you offer, and what fundamental problem does it solve for your customers?
  2. Describe your ideal customer in detail. Go beyond demographics—what are their motivations, frustrations, and desired outcomes?
  3. What is your primary objective for refining your market position? (e.g., increase market share, launch a new category, command a premium price, fend off a new competitor)
  4. Who are your top 2-3 competitors, and what makes customers choose them over you right now?
  5. What are your non-negotiable brand values or operational constraints? What lines will you not cross, even if it means sacrificing a market opportunity?
  6. Can you share any existing customer feedback, positive or negative, that you find particularly insightful?
  7. What is your current marketing message and how is it performing?
