Intlayer

Use this skill when work touches Intlayer i18n, especially Intlayer 9.6 (intlayer@9.6.0; same APIs as the 9.5 line) with TanStack Start (@tanstack/react-start) via intlayer + react-intlayer + vite-intlayer.

Pin intlayer / react-intlayer / vite-intlayer (and every @intlayer/* / *-intlayer package) to the same exact version (9.6.0 at snapshot). Do not mix 9.0–9.4 docs or packages with 9.5+ APIs (useExperiment, build.chunkGrouping, build.dictionariesPreload, CLI --ci, vite-intlayer/nitro-handler). Upgrade them together with bunx intlayer upgrade (9.5.8+).
