Workflow

1. Setup - Initialize Remotion project with correct dependencies
2. Compose - Define compositions with proper dimensions, FPS, duration
3. Animate - Use interpolate(), spring(), and useCurrentFrame()
4. Assets - Import images, video, audio, fonts correctly
5. Render - Preview in browser, then render via CLI or Lambda
6. Lint - Run scripts/remotion-composition-linter.py to validate
