When to Use This Skill

Use this skill when:

• Asked to triage, evaluate, or assess a specific GitHub issue
• Asked whether an issue should be kept open or closed
• Asked to check for duplicates of an issue
• Asked to verify an issue's area label
• Given an issue URL or number and asked for an opinion
• Asked "is this a duplicate", "should we close this", "check this issue"
