Use for creating or updating a glossary in the Spec Loop AsciiDoc format.

This skill is mandatory for AsciiDoc glossaries unless the user explicitly opts out for the current project or session.

Before doing that work, read glossary-format.md and apply it.

Read and apply project instructions such as AGENTS.md when present.

This skill defines the glossary format. It does not decide whether a glossary is required.

Do not use this skill for non-AsciiDoc glossaries unless the user explicitly asks to migrate or override the project policy.
