Bili Daily Update Check

Scope

Use this skill only in E:\projects\codexProjects\AI博主爬取.

This skill reuses the project script:

python .\download_bili_following_latest.py

Daily mode must use --recent-days 7. This keeps the run focused on videos whose metadata publish date falls in the rolling 7-day window ending on the run date and prevents older historical missing videos from being written as daily updates.

For cross-platform daily runs, the current short-term stability policy is to run the project-local browser preflight before each enabled platform section:

node .\.agents\skills\web-access\scripts\check-deps.mjs
