Rules
- Real names and companies (not "John D.")
- Photos of real people (not stock)
- Specific outcomes ("Reduced churn by 23%" not "Great product")
- Relevant to the page context (pricing page → ROI testimonials)
- 3-5 testimonials is enough (more dilutes impact)
- Place near CTAs and decision points
