BENIGN for purpose alignment and install trust: the skill is coherent, uses same-brand official Mobilerun endpoints, and does not hide third-party execution. However, it is inherently high-impact because it grants an agent broad phone control, autonomous task execution, credential handling, file transfer, proxy/eSIM/location changes, and webhook routing. Overall this is a legitimate but powerful automation skill with medium-high operational security risk, not malware.
