Key Principles:
- Patterns auto-decay after 30 days unused; below 20% confidence = auto-archived
- Lifecycle: Detection (40-80%) -> Confirmation -> Injection -> Feedback Loop -> Decay
- Max 5 patterns injected per context (~400 tokens)
