re-explain

Re-explain that in the language I have been writing in; if my messages have all been English but you are unsure which language I want, ask me first. Give me the context I am missing in short, plain sentences (in the controlled language I or the project's steering file name, such as ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English, when one is named), and use the ubiquitous language from the project's glossary (follow its glossary map to the right one if the repository has more than one; with no glossary, use plain simplified language).
