The real allocation logic lives in tradfi-portfolio-manager (the standing $1M-book PM engine, its backtested v3 Bubble-Aware All-Weather strategy) and portfolio-construction (the bubble-aware all-weather framework). The project-validated defensive core is Track A — RSP 70 / GLD 15 / IEF 15 (house $1M defensive mandate; see project memory). This skill maps the user's profile onto those existing engines and dresses the output as an IPS. Do NOT invent a new optimizer.
