The deterministic risk math already lives in risk-desk (the repo's real central-risk-desk engine). This skill's only job is to (1) run that engine for the hard, rule-based breaches, then (2) layer the Dalio-style correlation / stress-test / hedge NARRATIVE on top. For allocation and sizing targets it defers to tradfi-portfolio-manager. Do NOT reimplement concentration/trend/cluster rules here.
