SUSPICIOUS. The skill is mostly coherent as a plugin-authoring guide and does not contain hidden exfiltration, dangerous pre-execution syntax, or obvious malicious intent. Risk comes from normalized loading of external plugins/marketplaces, a vague transitive skill dependency, and unpinned `npx` examples that could execute third-party code if copied into real plugins.
