One conversation reader

Use the bundled bin/one-conv launcher, or one-conv when installed on PATH. The Python launcher resolves its dependencies through uv.

Mobile workspace and managed teammates

The paired cloud workspace has a human mailbox at workspace/user; reply there when that is the attributed sender. A laptop is an ordinary node, not the host of the human mailbox. Browser login and machine bearer credentials are separate. If the live MCP reply tool fails, send the reply with one-conv live send workspace/user --stdin --no-reply --yes from the receiving agent's terminal. Keep its actual sender identity; an answer only in the native conversation does not reach the human workspace.
