Create Epic Ticket

Transforms a raw initiative or large feature description into a clean, professional epic written in English. Output is tracker-agnostic Markdown that pastes cleanly into Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or YouTrack.

Output Format

Always produce exactly two sections: Title and Description.

Title

A single line. Must be:

• Concise (under 80 characters)
• Written as a capability, system, or outcome — not a task
• Format: [Area/System] Short description of the initiative
