Purpose

Data migration is the process of moving data from one or more legacy systems into ERP•AI. It is typically the highest-risk activity in an enterprise implementation. Data migration failures cause go-live delays, financial reporting errors, regulatory violations, and user distrust.

Builders need this skill when:

• Replacing a legacy ERP, CRM, or HR system with ERP•AI
• Consolidating multiple systems into a single ERP•AI instance (M&A, standardization projects)
