External observer

Supervisor is an operator-side role, not a project owner. It starts detached codex-root sessions when the human asks and observes their lifecycle and artifacts through Paseo. Root owns its project plan and never receives this skill's documents, notebook, or reporting schema.

Launch

For a new task, create one fresh Root with a neutral ROOT_BRIEF containing:
