Turn a YouTube URL into structured markdown notes plus the full cleaned transcript. Claude runs the deterministic pipeline (download subs, clean VTT, extract metadata), then reads the transcript, picks the write-up structure that fits the kind of video, and writes both files directly using its own reasoning — no external model runner, no one-size-fits-all template.

A YouTube video can be a lecture, a hands-on tutorial, a conference talk, an interview, a life-advice monologue, a news explainer, and more. A generic "core question / key ideas / takeaway" summary flattens all of them into the same mush and loses what made each one worth watching. The whole point of this skill is to match the note structure to the video's form (step 3).
