Conductor digest

Requires the conductor skill to be installed alongside this one; this skill imports its scripts.

Run node <skill-dir>/scripts/digest.mjs [--md].

• Without --md: {ok, waiting:[…], working:[…], idle:[…], warnings}. Each row is {id, agent, project, cwd, status, since, last, heuristic?}.
• With --md: {ok, markdown}; paste the markdown to the user as is.

Groups, in order:

1. Waiting on you. Claude Code sessions whose status is waiting (exact). Codex sessions whose last assistant turn ends with a question mark or contains "should I"; those rows carry heuristic: true and you must say they are a guess.
2. Working. Claude busy; Codex active (wrote to its transcript in the last minute).
3. Idle. Everything else, including Codex recent.
