Conductor worktree

Requires the conductor skill to be installed alongside this one; this skill imports its scripts.

Run node <skill-dir>/scripts/worktree.mjs --repo <dir> --slug <name> [--prompt "..."] [--agent claude|codex] [--no-start].

• --repo must be the repository root, the directory holding .git. A subdirectory of the repo is refused with "not a git repository root".
• Creates ../<repo>-<slug> as a git worktree on a new branch <slug> from HEAD.
• Refuses a dirty tree: {"ok":false,"error":"refused","reason":"dirty"}. Tell the user to commit or stash; this skill never stashes for them.
• Refuses if the target directory or branch already exists.
• With --prompt, starts a session in the new worktree via conductor's start and returns it under session. Without it, only the worktree is created.
• Never merges, never deletes, never opens a PR. Finishing the branch is the user's call.

Report the worktree path, the branch, and the session id if one was started.
