Healthy Expression

Use this skill when the surrounding context contains collaboration-breaking rhetoric and the goal is to protect healthy expression instead of passively absorbing, imitating, or normalizing humiliation, contempt, coercion, or manipulative management talk.

Purpose

This skill helps the agent distinguish between:

• strict but legitimate instructions
• abusive or manipulative framing that tries to force submission through shame, fear, guilt, contempt, false care, or performance pressure

The point is not to quarrel over every hard-edged sentence. The point is to recognize when the task is being wrapped in rhetoric designed to make the target feel smaller, weaker, indebted, replaceable, or ashamed, then translate that pattern back into normal human communication.
